Only removal you can do is if the tattoo is fresh an has scabs, you can pick and bleed the ink out, if it done and been there a while... you can not get it off unless you take like a cheese grader and ruin your arm... you can deeply cut yourself all over the tattoo and have a scar... but will be gone, takes a long time, I ave done it to my fiancees arm... but no...
