I had a tattoo done on my ankle

I had a tattoo done on my ankle on Saturday, so it’s nice and scabby! Unfortunatley, I’ve been bitten by a midge or a flea or something right on the edge of the tattoo, and it’s driving me mad!

 

Will it affect the healing at all? Should I be even more careful than normal about keeping it clean?

 

How the heck can I stop it itching!!
