What NOT to get as a tattoo
1) Never put someone’s name on your body unless you came out of their body or they came out of yours. (RIP’s are OK.)
2) Never have symbols of hate or death tattooed on you. No grim reapers, swastikas, etc.
3) No devils (I don’t care how cute).
4) Nothing trendy. Try explaining Sponge Bob when you’re 80.
5) Nothing on your neck between your clavicle and your chin. Even if you want to have a wild and crazy side when your shirt is off, try getting a decent job with a piece that cannot be covered by a shirt during business hours.
6) No swear words.
I have seven tattoos and love them all. I am planning my eighth - an RIP to my mom.
