Speaking from the 18-21 wanting a tattoo

Speaking from the 18-21 wanting a tattoo, I got mine when I was 19, I think its an upbringing thing. Our age group was brought up with tons of information about tattoos, being exposed to ellabroate ones that we would have to wait until we are older. In the back of the mind, it lingers those sweet tattoos first saw at the age of 8, unfortunately, we couldn’t make rash decisions at such a young age, and it contributes to the decision to want one.

 
I actually thought long and hard about the tattoo I wanted, got it in a place that is easily covered and etc. Now I want another one, because they are addicting as boost.
